I was in a tough spot and had to make some choices about what to cut. I was up all night after having the flu over Christmas (life kicks you when your down). I called them about switching over. I talked with Tani !!! I swallowed my pride, explained my situation a bit,and she helped me. Calmed my weird anxiety about paperwork stuff and helped me get every discount she could. Ended up cheaper than Progressive by about $17 per month and helped explained to my ADHD butt when I sprialled and misunderstood her once. Tani is great. Raise. Now. Please?
