Angel couldn't have been more helpful. My situation was not so straight forward involving multiple phone calls and "investigations". Awesome patience, communication and customer service skills! Also, Ruby on 31st street in Temple is great. As is Lina, and everyone else there. My 21 year old son and I have had a policy through them for years now, and have experienced nothing but exceptional service both over the phone, and in person.
